I am not an expert in diet, nutrition, weight loss, exercise, the Bible, Christianity… well, I’m not an expert in anything except being imperfect and needing Jesus.

This blog is to share my thoughts and personal experiences and how I got through and made changes and got healthier.  I am not done yet.  I have 100 pounds to lose.  I am just bringing you along for the ride, and hope that my experiences can relate to some people and help them along the way.

Talk to your doctor before you make any diet changes or start any exercises.  Talk to a pastor if you want a Bible expert.  I’m just an everyday woman with some ideas and struggles, and hopefully some wisdom I can share.
